Borrow Not Buys’ Core Principles:

At the DIY Depot of Tools, we are committed to creating a more sustainable, connected, and useful community resource.

Our mission is simple: To provide access to tools and appliances, so that its Members can Borrow Not Buy.

      • Borrow Not Buy Tools & Appliances Inventory
      • Save Money – by not purchasing
      • Reduce Carbon Footprints & Waste Packaging
      • Or simply make a donation

We stock a growing number of tools and appliances available to assist You with Your DIY projects and jobs, large and small.
You name it! We might just have it!

However, not all DIY jobs are this complicated. Just as an example; a middle aged lady borrowed a cordless hammer drill and masonry bits for her son to put a hinge on a concrete post – job done!  Another borrowed an SDS Drill and saved the £550 he had been quoted by a trades person for demolition only – Job done!

Another, a young lady borrowed approximately £1,000 worth of tools to complete a job that she was quoted £650 – Job done!

The stories are endless. We offer local people the opportunity to DIY in a new way!
